８. 【９月上旬】瓶詰め [純米吟醸音楽酒｢天音｣誕生ストーリー]
９月９日。瓶詰め開始です。
じっくりと熟成させてきたお酒が、いよいよタンクから外の世界へ。
どんな味になっているのか、ドキドキです。
そして、試飲！
一足早く試飲された杜氏さん曰く、
「驚くほど香り高くまろやかになっていて、なぜか大吟醸クラスの仕上がりになっている」
とのこと。
飲んでみると、非常にやわらかく優しい味わいがしました。感動。

下旬の９月２６日には、彼らに再び来てもらって「お酒の子守唄」を演奏するライブを開催、
